Induction furnace-route wire rods prices have hit one-year low on subdued buying enquiries and trade in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur market. Demand remains weak at higher prices as manufacturers kept offers stable at INR 47,000/t. Only 1,400 t of deals were concluded by few traders at INR 45,200-45,700/t exw. Prices in Durgapur market stood at INR 45,800-46,000/t exw.
