Even though the suppliers hiked the offers, they started offering discounts eventually to escalate sales as buyers were bargaining hard to procure material at lower prices. Deals for around 2,700 t at INR 50,200-50,600/t exw-Raipur, and 1,500 t at INR 50,600-50,700/t exw-Durgapur were recorded by SteelMint today.
