Steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur increased prices today by INR 400/t to INR 55,000/t exw d-o-d, with trade discounts of INR 500/t being offered by the suppliers. However, lack of buying enquiries at prevailing offers was seen and only 500 t trades were reported by a few suppliers, which forced the resellers to offer attractive trade discounts of around INR 1,300/t.
