Steel wire rod market in Raipur noticed a rise in trade volumes in today’s session. Around 3,700 t deals were reported by some resellers and manufacturers at INR 51,200-51,700/t exw. However, trade prices have been range bound from last couple of days owing to volatile semis prices. The current conversion spread (margins) of wire rod makers is at around INR 4,000/t.
