Induction furnace-route steel wire rods market saw an improvement in trade in major supplying regions today. Around 3,300 t of deals were concluded by traders and some manufacturers in Raipur at INR 50,500-51,000/t exw. Around 2,800 t of deals were concluded by Durgapur-based suppliers at INR 49,500-49,800/t exw. Although trade volumes increased d-o-d, buyers were still cautious about bulk procurement.
