Raipur-based wire rod suppliers offered trade discounts of INR 1,500-1,700/t in the spot market today, which fluctuated by around INR 100-200/t compared with yesterday. However, manufacturers kept the base offer unchanged at INR 47,000/t. Buying enquiries and trades remained limited in today’s trading session owing to uncertain market trends. Therefore, buyers were cautious about procuring material.
