- Raipur-based steel wire rod makers have marginally increased prices by INR 300/t d-o-d to INR 53,000/t exw today following an uptick in semi-finished steel prices in late hours of yesterday’s session.
- However, buying enquiries remained weak and only 1,100 t deals were recorded today.
- Trade discounts in the spot market were still high at over INR 1,500/t.
