Raipur-based steel wire rod manufacturers further reduce the prices today by INR 500/t to INR 58,500/t exw on 11 May 2022. Consistent weak market sentiments and volatile semi-finished steel prices make buyers very cautious to procure material which forces the producers to drop the prices. Trade discounts in the spot market via suppliers is over INR 1,000/t.
