Raipur-based steel wire rod manufacturers reduced their offers today by INR 500/t to INR 52,000/t exw. In the last couple of days, the fall in semi-finished prices impacted wire rod prices also which forced manufacturers to reduce their prices, despite delay in dispatches of previously booked orders. Trade discounts hovered at around INR 1,000/t, sources told SteelMint.
