Induction furnace-route steel wire rod buying enquiries remained weak in major markets. Around 1,300 t trades were reported by suppliers based in Durgapur at INR 52,200-52,300/t exw and approximately 800 t deals were concluded by a few resellers at INR 52,200-52,500/t exw Raipur. Buyers very cautious about procuring material and preferred to wait and watch due to weak market sentiments.
