The domestic induction furnace rebar market saw low buying enquiries and prices correcting in the range of INR 300-1,200/t across markets in the country. The consitent decline in the prices of billets and sponge iron and subdued trading activity in the spot market created selling pressure which forced manufacturers to decrease rebar prices, SteelMint learnt from market sources.
