India: Vizag Steel extends bid due date for purchase of 10,500 t sponge iron

State-owned long steel producer, Vizag Steel, has invited bids for procurement of 10,500 t (5-20 mm) sponge iron lumps (Fe 93% min), as per latest reports. The bid-offer validity is for 120 days from the actual date of the opening of the tender. The due date for submission of the tender has been extended to 4 Feb’22 from 21 Jan.
