India: Vedanta’s pellet auction from Karnataka fails to attract buyers

Vedanta conducted an auction on 3 Nov’22 for 1,000 t of iron ore pellets (Fe61.5%, 6-16mm) from Koppal, Karnataka. According to market sources, the auction failed to generate response from buyers. The floor price for the auction was INR 7,250/t (basic).
