Vedanta’s FACOR posted the highest ever chrome ore production at around 140,000 t in Q1FY23 since acquisition, up 223% compared with 43,000 t in Q4FY22 due to continuous operations and increased productivity at its mines. However, ferro chrome production was almost stable at around 18,000 t with a 3% quarterly growth in Q1FY23.
