Vedanta’s Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited (FACOR) will conduct an auction for ferro chrome fines on 8 July. Meanwhile, a 20,000 t- ferro chrome slag auction is scheduled for 7 July. The last auction for lumps (10-150mm) was concluded at INR 108,400/t exw on 23 June. The company’s ferro chrome plant is under maintenance, sources informed.
