Vedanta has scheduled an auction for 16,000-t iron ore from Karnataka on 16 Jul’25. The material comprises 4,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 51-55%), 8,000-t lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 52.75%), and 4,000-t fines (Fe 42.5%). Floor prices are yet to be declared and will exclude royalty. In its previous auction on 11 Jul, 4,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 53.25%) and 8,000-t lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 52.75%) were booked at INR 3,080/t and INR 2,500/t, respectively.
