Vedanta Limited has scheduled an auction for 12,000 t of iron ore – 4,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 51.5%) and 8,000-t lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 53%) – from its A. Narrain Mines, Karnataka, on 16 Nov’24. In Vedanta’s previous auction, on 12 Nov’24, 20,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 55.5%) were booked at INR 3,950/t against the base price of INR 3,750/t. Prices are on ex-mines/ex-lot basis and exclude royalty, DMF and NMET.
