Vedanta Limited had an auction for 40,000 t of iron ore siliceous lumps (low alumina, high silica, 6-20/10-40 mm, Fe 50.5-52.5%) from its A.Narrain mines, Karnataka on 29 Jun’24. According to sources, entire quantity got booked at INR 2,400/t against the set base price of INR 2,350/t. Prices are exclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
