India: Vedanta invites EOI for supply of anthracite coal

Vedanta Sesa Goa invited expression of interest (EOI), from interested parties for 10,000 t of anthracite coal. The coal is of 0-10 mm size, with TM 13% max, VM 2.5% max, ash 12.5% max and sulphur at 0.4% max. There is penalty for deviation in the above specification with rejection above a specified limit.
