Vedanta-FACOR’s ferro chrome production surged by 180% y-o-y to 28,000 t in Q1FY25, up from 10,000 t in Q1FY24 due to a plant shutdown in the previous year. Production also rose by 4% q-o-q from Q4FY24. Chrome ore output remained stable q-o-q and increased by 5% y-o-y to 80,000 t in Q1FY25, compared to 76,000 t in Q1FY24.
