At Vedanta-FACOR’s ferro chrome auction today, the larger lot of 10-150 mm fetched an H1 price of INR 110,950/t exw, near to the base price of INR 110,750/t. For the smaller lot of same size, both the base price and H1 price were at INR 111,250/t. Bid prices also increased slightly by 2% from the 17 Jun’24 auction. Rise in bids in OMC’s chrome ore auction & tight availability have supported offers. Official confirmation regarding results is awaited.
