Freight charges for trucks have come down across the country for the current month.
Low demand has resulted in the above.
“Truck freights have come down by Rs 200-300/MT in last one month. Earlier it used to cost us Rs 2,200-2,300/MT from Raipur, Chhattisgarh to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The present charges are in the range of Rs 1,900-2,000/MT”, said a trader based at Raipur, Chattisgarh.
