India: Leading stainless steel coil manufacturer cuts 300-series prices by up to INR 3,000/t

India’s leading stainless steel coil manufacturer reduced prices of 300-series coils in response to weak market demand, sources told BigMint. This price reduction, effective 6 Nov’24, marks the company’s first adjustment this month. Prices of 316L and 304-grade HRCs were cut by INR 2,000/t ($23/t), while tags of CRCs of these grades saw a decrease of INR 3,000/t ($35/t).
