India: Tata Steel’s crude steel output rises 4% q-o-q in Q3FY’23

Tata Steel’s crude steel production rose by 4% q-o-q to 5 mnt in Q3FY’23 as against 4.8 mnt in Q2FY’23. Output rose by 4% compared to CPLY.
Steel sales dropped by 3% q-o-q to 4.74 mnt in Q3FY’23 from 4.91 mnt in Q2. The same registered an increase of 7% compared to CPLY.
In Apr-Dec’22 (9MFY’23), production and sales volumes saw a 4% y-o-y rise to 14.72 mnt and 13.72 mnt respectively.
