India’s leading manufacturer of welded pipes and tubes – Tata Steel Limited (Tubes) has increased structural pipe prices by INR 3,000/t for the second time in Dec. Current offer is assessed at INR 55,500/t ($753) FoR Jamshedpur (Eastern-India), effective from today. Prices have increased on account of improved demand and tight supplies of HRC in the domestic market. The company is fully booked for Dec and is not taking any orders till next month, sources reported SteelMint.
