TATA Steel Ltd-Ferro Alloys & Minerals Division (FAMD) scheduled an auction for 1,050 t of ferromanganese today from Joda, Odisha. Out of the total quantity, only 500t was booked leaving 550t unsold. H1 price for HC 70pc (Lumps, 10-150mm) was INR 66,000/t which is lower than the market price of INR 69,000/t. The delivery of material is latest by end-February.
