Tata Steel Limited, India’s largest steel manufacturer, has concluded an auction for 60 t of zinc items (zinc dross top and bottom materials) from its Sahibabad unit in Uttar Pradesh on 23 Jan. At the auction, 50 t of zinc dross top was sold at INR 228,900/t exw and around 10 t of zinc dross bottom was sold at INR 221,700/t exw. Tata Steel conducts scrap auctions for ferrous and non-ferrous metals on a regular basis.
