India: TATA Metaliks’ pig iron deal to Delhi fetches premium of INR 1,000/t*

• Tata Metaliks has concluded a rake of foundry grade pig iron deal at INR 47,600/t* ex-siding, Delhi.
• The deal fetched a premium of INR 1,000/t compared to another deal on 21 Jan by a south India-based plant at INR 46,600/t ex-siding, Delhi. Pig iron prices remain strong on surging coal, coke and steel prices.
