- Tata Metaliks concluded a tender for one rake of foundry grade pig iron to Punjab for around INR 60,000/t ex-siding, Phillaur (Ludhiana).
- The current offers through the resellers in Ludhiana are being heard at INR 61,500-61,700/t, while, on 12 Apr it was at INR 60,700-60,800/t, delivered to plant (DAP).
- Domestic pig iron prices remain strong due to improved export realisations.
