Mumbai Structure prices have fallen after more than a week's time; offers were stable from 23 September 2013. As Ingot and Billet prices are dropped marginally Structure prices follows the trend and is down by INR 200/MT. Ingot and Billet prices chopped by INR 100/MT in week's time but interestingly offers improved by INR 1,000-1,100/MT on M-o-M basis. Ingot and Billet offers are at INR 31,200/MT and 31,400/MT respectively. At the same time Angle 40 offers are at INR 35,700/MT (All Basic).
However Structure manufacturers based at Raipur like Topworth Steels & Power, Sarthak Ispat and other brands have kept their offers unchanged. Meanwhile Ingot and Billet offers are same. Offer for Channel 75 is at INR 31,500/MT (Basic). Market is dull because of holidays and market participants expect a price change after the Navratri festival is ended.
