Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur increased by INR 500/t after remaining stable last week. The current offer for 150 mm Channel stands at INR 47,700/t exw. However, sellers also offer trade discounts depending on the quantity and market requirement. Moderate demand and increasing semi-finished steel prices resulted in price hike. Meanwhile, production in steel mills has slowed down due to shortage of Oxygen gas supply to industries, trade sources reported to SteelMint.
