The High Court on Monday declined to stay the ban on Iron ore exports. Issuing notices to the Centre and the state, the bench told the parties that it would dispose the batch of writ petitions at one hearing.
The State Government has the right to stop illegal mining or illegal transportation of Iron ore by means of regulating the trade by implementing strict checks and inspections not in form of ban.
