ICVL (India’s state- run international coal ventures ltd) consortium has submitted a bid for Australian coal mine;it has made $200 million bid to buy a 12% stake in Anglo American PLC’s (AAL.LN) Grosvenor mine in Australia.* The state consortium comprises of utility NTPC, Steel Authority of India (SAIL), Iron ore miner NMDC, Coal India and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.
