Stainless steel 304 grade scrap prices increased by INR 2,000/t to INR 169,000/t, while 316 grade scrap prices rose by INR 1,000/t to INR 246,000/t, w-o-w, on DAP Delhi basis. Nickel futures touching new highs on the London Metal Exchange (LME) above $23,000/t levels and fresh bookings by the major mills supported domestic scrap prices, SteelMint learnt from trader sources.
