- SteelMint’s assessment for domestic 304 grade stainless steel scrap prices fell by 6.6% to INR 114,000/t ($/t) ex-Delhi today as against 14 July. Meanwhile, 304 grade HRC prices were at INR 236,000/t today.
- Falling LME nickel prices affected scrap prices but finished prices remained unchanged. Although market participants are expecting corrections in finished prices looking at sluggish demand.
