SteelMint’s assessment for 304 grade stainless steel scrap prices remain unchanged at INR 118,000/t ($1,431/t) ex-Delhi today compared to last week. Prices of 316 grade rose by INR 3,000/t to INR 208,000/t ($2,524/t). Sources informed that trading in the imported market has resumed and a deal for 304 grade was concluded at $1,360/t CFR Mundra today. However, trade in the domestic market did not pick up.
