- Prices of domestic 304 grade stainless steel scrap fell by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) today, while 316 grade scrap prices stayed firm against 28 Apr’22, as per SteelMint assessment.
- The effective prices of 304 grade scrap are at INR 183,000/t ($2,389/t) and 316 grade scrap prices are at INR 282,000/t ($3,681/t) exy-Delhi.
- Muted demand led to a correction in scrap prices, sources said.
