India: Sponge iron trade improves in Bellary as offers decline

Sponge iron enquiries in Bellary, Karnataka picked up with the drop in offers today.
Pellet-based DRI (PDRI, FeM 80%) deals totalling 4,300 t were concluded at INR 32,000-32,100/t exw-Bellary. Offers of the same dropped marginally by INR 50/t.
Lumps-based DRI (CDRI) offers decreased by INR 100/t while deals of 1,900 t were concluded between INR 33,500-33,600/t exw.
