- Iron ore lump-based DRI (CDRI) prices slipped by INR 800/t d-o-d in Bellary today. Around 1,100 t of deals were confirmed between INR 28,500-28,600/t exw.
- Sponge iron (FeM 80%) prices fell by INR 500/t and 1,300 t of deals were concluded between INR 27,000-27,100/t exw against offers at INR 27,300/t.
- Spot buying continues to remain slow as buyers showed less interest amid an unpredictable market trend.
