Sponge P-DRI prices moved up slightly today by INR 100/MT to INR 16,200-300/MT EXW-Raipur. Sources reported about 5,000-6,000 MT deals in the local market by 3-4 major producers. Demand improved on account of attractive price range & the key factor is resumption of operations by few furnaces from today. Sources are assuming sponge iron demand to remain supported in near short term.
