Pellet-based sponge iron (PDRI, FeM 80%) prices in Bellary dropped marginally by INR 150/t while lump-based sponge iron (CDRI) prices were down by INR 50/t on 12 Sep’22. Spot trades improved with fall in offers.
- 3,300 t PDRI deals were concluded at INR 32,200-32,500/t exw against offer at INR 32,500/t exw.
- CDRI prices stood at INR 33,600/t exw and around 3,070 t deals were concluded.
