India: South African RB2 coal sold at INR 11,600/t at Krishnapatnam Port

In a confirmed deal, 2,000 t of RB2 coal was sold at INR 11,600/t at Krishnapatanam Port today, up INR 300/t d-o-d. However, no major deals were reported at other ports amid limited South African coal stocks at ports. Several traders kept to the sidelines as they ran out of stocks, waiting for vessel arrivals by the first week of Jan’22.
