In a confirmed deal, 12,000 t of South African RB2 (5500 NAR) coal was booked at INR 13,900/t at Gangavaram Port for Feb’22 arrival. While offers were heard at INR 14,200/t, no deal was concluded at this price. Vessel arrivals from South Africa remain limited, with 0.5 mnt of coal set to arrive from 25 Jan-9 Feb, CoalMint data shows.
