South African portside coal offers in India moved higher this week following GST implementation. At Gangavaram, RB2 climbed INR 300/t to INR 8,200/t, with RB3 up INR 300/t to INR 7,100/t. However, buyers showed little interest amid these elevated levels, with limited RB2 deals reported in the INR 8,150-8,200/t range.
