India’s import offers for South African iron ore lumps (Fe 64%) increased by $2.5/t w-o-w to $118.5/t CNF Kandla on 13 Aug’25. However, deals remained absent in the Kandla market. Active buying of imported pellets at competitive prices reduced demand for lumps, resulting in fewer inquiries. Chinese spot iron ore fines prices rose $2/t w-o-w to $104/t CFR on 12 Aug.
