India’s import offers for South African iron ore lumps (Fe 64%) remained unchanged w-o-w at $114.5/t CNF Kandla on 11 Dec’24. According to sources, mills in Gujarat have been purchasing raw pellets on need basis from coastal region-based domestic suppliers, resulting in a lack of demand for imported lumps. China’s seaborne spot prices of iron ore (Fe 62%) fines were recorded stable w-o-w at $106/t CFR on 10 Dec.
