South African iron ore lump (Fe 64%) import offers decreased by $2/t w-o-w to 127/t CNF Kandla on 29 May’24 amid a drop in iron ore futures and global market sentiments. No inquiries from India were heard and prices of domestic lumps and pellets are quite competitive. The benchmark Fe 62% fines index dipped $3/t w-o-w to $118/t CFR China on 28 May.
