South African iron ore lump import offers to India have been increasing on the back of rising global iron ore prices. The current assessment for imported lump (Fe 65%) stands at around $275-280/t CNF Kandla, up by $15-20 w-o-w. Meanwhile, the benchmark global iron ore fines (Fe 62%) index increased to $223/t CNF China on 8 Jul’21, up by $5 w-o-w.
