South African iron ore lump import offers to India have decreased, tracking the slide in global iron ore prices. The current assessment for imported lump (Fe 65%) stands at around $245/t CNF Kandla, down by $25 w-o-w. Meanwhile, benchmark global iron ore fines (Fe 62%) prices have decreased by around $20/t w-o-w to $202/t CNF China on 23 Jul’21 on dull demand amid steel production cuts in China.
