SMIORE had an auction for 30,000 t of iron ore lumps on 12 Jun’24 from its Sandur mines.
- 8,000 t lumps (5-20 mm, Fe 55%) got booked at base price of INR 4,370/t
- 8,000 t lumps (20-40 mm, Fe 57.2%) got booked at base price of INR 5,480/t
- Prices are on ex-mines basis, including royalty, DMF and NMET.
